Do you still remember the Majies, and the Warriors from Shi Mian Mai Fu?

Those were our SYF pieces in Year 2009. And we managed to get a Gold with Honors and a Gold.

The journey towards achieving those results was definitely not as easy as it looks. Behind the great performance we had put up for the judges, what was not shown on that stage were the many trainings we had to come back for during the holidays, the bruises we got while dancing, tears we shed when we were got so frustrated and worried, the muscle aches and injuries we suffered.

But one thing that they could see for sure was the 100% commitment we had for our dance. Our passion for dancing was shown on stage. Every movement executed showed that burning passion inside of us.

All those were what we had gone through during the preparation of that 6 minutes on stage.

I can still remember the faces of the modern dancers when they got back the results. They screamed, they cried, they hugged, the smiles never left their faces.

So, do you think the red badges, grey badges and white badges would be able to reach that standard? The standard that would get us that Gold With Honors for both dances? When we receive our results, don't we all want to hear " Congratulations, both chinese and modern dance of SNGS achieved GOLD WITH HONORS?" Just picture this scene in your head, how would you feel? How would you react?

Don't you want to make that dream come true? Don't you want to make that scene you pictured in your head really happen?

All we got to do, as one Sndance, is to really give that 100% commitment to our dance, come for every dance practice, and when in doubt when it comes to the movements, postitions etc, ask your friends, ask your seniors.

From now on, really treat every dance practice seriously, treat it as a step closer to our final goal. Of achieving 2 Gold with Honors for both dances. We are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER AND WE ARE GONNA MAKE THIS DREAM COME TRUE.

This is the last time the white badges would be competing, and the first for the red badges, so lets make this SYF a memorable one, something we would be able to remember even when we leave St Nicks. Alright?

SO LETS DO THIS, AND SHOW THOSE JUDGES WHAT SNDANCE IS MADE OF. (Definitely not sugar and spice and everything nice, thats for sure ;) )

JIAYOU SNDANCE!!
